Rangeela Raja Heroine Anupama Agnihotri Confirms Sexual Harassment

Rangeela Raja Heroine Anupama Agnihotri Confirms Sexual Harassment, "Someone Told Me You'll Have To Do This Way And That Way"

It's raining #MeToo in Bollywood. Girls who were stopped in their tracks when they turned down 'My Way Or The Highway Indecent Proposals' are all out there, saying that they need a clean-up in the system of casting- Rachel White, Saloni Chopra, Vinta Nanda, Priyanka Bose, Mandana Karimi, many more, and the most recent being Aahana Kumra.

It all began when Tanushree Dutta stirred a hornest's nest when she rewinded on Nana Patekar having harasssed her by introducing an intimate pose in a song in Horn OK Pleassss, 10 years ago. After that, there has been no stopping. We have had reports of women giving detailed accounts of their horrifying experiences with certain Bollywood personalities- cast and crew. The other day, Tanya Paul Singh even called out Ajay Devgn's make-up artist Harish and Baaghi 2 Asst Director Adnan Shaikh. A large number of these complainants have written to CINTAA and IFTDA, who are looking into the matter.

Now, model-turned-actress Anupama Agnihotri, who makes her first Bollywood splash in Pahlaj Nihalani's forthcoming film Rangeela Raja- opposite Govinda- comes out frank and forthcoming on the sexual harassment meted out to her by 'someone' during one of her early meetings in B-town. "I was new in Mumbai and I met someone who told me 'you'll have to do this way and that way'. I can't reveal his name. When I asked him what he meant though I had understood his intentions, the man in question said, 'You know what I mean'. I told him, 'The police station is nearby'," she narrates. Anupama adds that thankfully the unpleasant incident ended there and she didn't do the film. .
